I live landlocked and firmly believe that the best beach, is the one you are standing on at the moment. I have been blessed to have visited the ones on the list in the US inc HI. All have attributes that make them desirable. I am surprised that the list doesn't contain the Bahamas with the islands clear turquoise tinted waters. Cat Island comes to mind. :)
